Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday normally ship on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday normally ship on the next day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST Friday, and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will
ship on the following Monday.
Holidays may delay our normal shipping schedule.
Ship Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO Addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your Woods Outdoors products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, send your items back to us.
Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the item.
If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one week of receiving your shipment.
If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 1-800-410-1178, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.
Please include your original receipt, if you have one, and a short description of the product you would like instead.
If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number so we can get in touch with you if there is a difference in funds. Your exchange will be processed within one week of delivery to Woods Outdoors. Please allow seven to ten business days for the return shipment to reach you.
