We want you to be happy with your Woods Outdoors products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, send your items back to us.

Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the item.

If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We will also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one week of receiving your shipment.

If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 1-800-410-1178, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.

Please include your original receipt, if you have one, and a short description of the product you would like instead.
