This package includes a 9 oz. sealed bag of seasoning for 25 lbs of raw ground meat.  This stuff makes fantastic pizza burgers (top with sauce & mozzarella cheese).

Suggested Directions:
Mix 9 oz. of seasoning with 25 lbs of ground meat.  Use 60% deer meat and 40% pork for best results.  Freeze in 1 or 2 lb packages.  Make great tasting pizzas and pizza burgers.
