This package includes a 1 lb sealed bag of seasoning and a 7 oz. sealed bag of cure to make great tasting BBQ flavored jerky out of 25 lbs of raw ground or whole muscle meat.
Suggested Directions: Use 2 level tablespoons of seasoning and, 1 level tablespoon of cure, and 1/4 cups of water for each pound of meat. Increase the amount of seasoning used for a more robust taste. Mix the ingrediants together well and then add it to the meat. Refridgerate over night and dehydrate or smoke.
