This seasoning is great for feeding venison to those who are not hardcore wild game carnivores.

Meat will hold moisture content without pork, beef, or fat.  Burgers will not dry out and you can use the finished product in any dish you would use beef burger.

One package seasons 25 lbs of ground deer meat.

Directions:
Add 5oz. of seasoning to 6 cups of cold water and mix well.  Let set for 10 minutes.  Add it to 25 lbs of ground deer meat.  Cook some, eat some, and freeze the rest!
