This package includes a 5 oz. sealed bag of seasoning and a 7 oz. sealed bag of cure to make great tasting jerky out of 25 lbs of raw ground or whole muscle meat.
Suggested Directions:Use 2 level teaspoons of seasoning and, 1 level tablespoon of cure, and 1/4 cups of water for each pound of meat. Increase the amount of seasoning used for a more robust taste. Mix the ingrediants together well and then add it to the meat. Refridgerate over night and dehydrate or smoke.
