This package includes a 1.54 lb. sealed bag of seasoning for 25 lbs of raw ground meat.  Makes fantastic Cajun style brats out of a 60/40 ground deer & pork combination.

Suggested Directions:
Mix 24 2/3 oz (1.54 lbs.) of seasoning with 50 lbs of ground meat or 12 1/3 oz. with 25 lbs of ground meat.  Use 60% deer meat and 40% pork for best results.  Freeze in 1 or 2 lb packages.  Try it as a pattie for a super unique flavor!
